I have been actively involved in the dog show world since I was 14. I started off showing English Cocker Spaniels, but had every intention of showing and owning Great Danes. I started walking dogs and learning about large breed handling from Peggy Mignon of ValbyDane, and have never looked back. I got my first Dane two years later, and have been working with the breed ever since.

Although I started out with English Cockers, I have always enjoyed showing large breeds. I have shown many dogs from Dobermans and Boxers, to Stafforshire Bull Terriers and Smooth Fox Terriers, to Siberian Huskies and Samoyeds, among many others. I have learned how to work as a team with a dog, and how to train dogs in many different categories, including conformation, obedience, agility, and rally obedience.

I am a good standing member of the Great Dane Club of Canada (Western Division), the Western Great Dane Club of British Columbia, and the Canadian Kennel Club.
